Hi everyone!
I've started a special series of articles on my site detailing the 'behind the scenes' experience of appearing in "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman" - the little-known 1966 musical being produced by APPLAUSE! Musicals In Concert. They spend only one week rehearsing, then perform the entire show in a "concert" format, with stripped-down (but often highly inventive) staging and costumes.
I'm going to be writing about the rehearsal process as this show takes shape over the next week.
Read the first installment, about the very first rehearsal earlier tonight, on my site:

There are also links to rehearsal photos.
And be sure to come out to the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts for "It's a Bird, It's a Plane, It's Superman!", playing on November 14, 15, 16 and 17! For ticket info and other details, visit http://www.applausemusicals.com .
All the best!
Adam
