Vancouver Musicals gets Fringe-y!
Hey there musical theatre fans!
The Vancouver Fringe Festival is nearly here, and with it inevitably comes a batch of mini-musicals. Here at the VMTC we take it upon ourselves to pore over the Fringe show listings and find all the musicals. Or shows that sounds like they’re musicals. Or that may have some music in them. We’re pretty sure, though, that the following shows are chock-full of musical delights!
- 13
- Happily Ever After?
- The Pig of Happiness
- Die Roten Punkte: Kunst Rock (Art Rock)
- A Man, A Magic, A Music
- Unplugged Cop
- Dr. Horrible – Sing Along Blog
These shows all play on various dates between September 8 and 19, and you’ll find them all on the VMTC. However, for start times of individual shows, you’ll need to check the Fringe website at www.vancouverfringe.com .
If you see something great – or not so great – let us know here at the VMTC – I’ll be happy to post reviews and comments.
Enjoy the Fringe!
