"MACK AND MABEL" UPDATE

Well, rehearsals for "Mack and Mabel" are in full swing, and it's very exciting to watch the show take shape before my eyes, and to realize just how wonderful it's going to be!

There's high comedy, zany slapstick (look for me as the "villain" in the opening scene's movie-making scene!), witty dialogue, and a bittersweet romance Then there are the wonderful songs, from the triumphant energy of "Big Time" to the heartbreaking ballad "Time Heals Everything" Some remarkably talented and inventive folks, both in front of and behind the scenes, are hard at work getting the show in shape, and I just know it's going to be a delight

There are only four performances, so I hope you can come and see one (Sunday afternoon's "Pay What You Can" preview performance is an excellent choice for the budget-minded ) Note that tickets for Tuesday's and Wednesday's shows can be had at a discount if you order in advance
