Walk for Rape Relief - pics and a Citytv interview!

This Sunday was my seventh time helping organize, and walking in, the biggest single fundraising event of the year for Vancouver Rape Relief and Women’s Shelter - their "Walk for Rape Relief" around Stanley Park.

This year I was joined by a group of friends, and together we walked the picturesque new route which took us through the lush forest and past ancient trees felled by the winter windstorm. At the end came a delicious gourmet picnic lunch and great musical entertainment.

All in all it was a long, full, exciting, tiring, happy, and above all extremely satisfying day. Thanks to everyone who pitched in on my pledge form and to everyone who walked with me!
