Date: July 4th 2007

Hi everyone!

The fun-loving folks at Big House Communications, the ad agency I used to work for, are putting together a series of self-promo ads for which they require models. They're looking for 3 different "types" - details are below.

What's in it for you? Well, since their budget for this campaign is tiny, just the chance to experience the exciting world of advertising photography, and to appear in what will probably be a really fun ad.

Unfortunately the turnaround on this is very quick: they want to choose their models this Friday. The shoot is due to happen a week from tomorrow: Thursday the 12th and Friday the 13th.

Participants are asked to provide their own wardrobe (as per the descriptions below) including two or more options, and props as well if they have them. (As they winnow down the shortlist they'll let people know what to bring in more detail).

If you're interested, please contact Kiki Wainwright at Big House Communications: kiki@PROTECTED

(I'm going to volunteer as well so I just might see you there!)

Thanks,
Adam

DETAILS FROM KIKI:

Talent (and props) Required:

1. Women window shopping. (3 in total)
30-45 yr old semi affluant looking female shoppers, the kind you see walking along South Granville. Fashionably dressed and looking like they just stepped out of a salon. Would like some ethnic diversity if possible. Props include fancy purses, large shopping bags, designer sunglasses and upscale outfits.

2. Children 6 to 11yrs (6 maximum)
Kids would be wearing swimwear and likely be wet and shot playing and interacting with water toys. This would be shot in studio so no worries about catching a chill. An ethnic range would be nice here too. Props include super soaker, inflatables, foam noodles beach balls, arm floaties etc.

3. Men and women in business attire. (approx 3 men and 2 women)
Aged 35 to 50, shot in dark business suits for the men and power suits, or skirts and jackets for the women. Props include briefcases, laptop, blackberries/cell phones as well.

Time commitment:

They are looking at July 12th for ½ day on location + July 13th in studio (all day – or how long it takes)

They are hoping to do all three scenes – but not everyone is required to stay for the full length.
